Holyvolt develops a propriety Nano-Paste Screen-Printing technology to power the planet with positive energy.
It’s used in manufacturing of solar cells, battery cells and heating, proven to have a superior performance at a much lower cost, with a near-zero impact on the environment.
Our technology is sourced and manufactured in Europe using only abundant non-toxic materials.
Our technology platform can be used to manufacture solar cells, batteries and heaters. But the thing isn’t the what, but the how. Products using our platform have far better performance, they cost a lot less, and their carbon footprint is really a carbon tippy-toe print, at most.
It’s not an improvement, it’s a paradigm shift.
We can do this by leveraging three things:
1) Using nano particles, we can get nice materials to do what others need bad materials to do.
2) We have developed an elastic, heat-resisting nano paste, in which we add the nano particles.
3) We then use the paste in high-precision screen printing, that enables immediate mass production with meticulous precision and consistency.
We manufacture our solar cells in the EU and we don’t use any rare or toxic materials in them. They perform as well as any reference in the market, but at a much lower cost.
And with a 90% lower CAPEX.
No, that wasn’t a typo.
Holyvolt’s heater is thin, bendable and can be made on any surface in any color. For industrial use, it can generate temperatures up to 600°C.
All this at a significantly lower cost and with a close to zero carbon emission.
Since the technology platform is the same in all applications, you can have a solar panel that includes a battery on the same substrate. Or a battery that’s also a heater. Makes perfect sense if you need dual functionality in a limited space. Or if you just think combos are cool, for whatever reason.
The thing about screen printing is that you can simply add another layer, to add another function. Simple as that.
